For the past 3.5 years, we have been servicing our 2020 RAV4 hybrid at Arlington Toyota. Recently, we opted to upgrade to a newer model of the RAV4 hybrid. The service we received was excellent, and the pricing for the new RAV4 was very reasonable. I highly recommend Landi Toma as a salesperson at Arlington Toyota; he employs a relaxed, no-pressure approach to sales. When factoring in the trade-in and dealer pricing, we saved over $10,000 compared to another dealership. Kudos.

Archer was the best. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish. I told him what I could afford and he made sure to get me to that and explained everything. I had concerns and he made sure they were all addressed and taken care of. He was efficient and precise. They closed at 9 and he stayed with me until I pulled off in my new Rav 4 at 10:15 that night. I would recommend him a million times!
