I truly need to give a huge shout out to the service department for how they handled an irate customer (me, due to my own misunderstanding). Now, don't get me wrong, I didn't pull a Karen, but I do go in very upset at a situation that was a small part due to the dealership, and a large part due to me not quite understanding the exact methods. Steven Nottingham and his manager listened while I explained my frustrations, explained the relevant information, and smiled while doing so. They were professional the entire time, and never made me fell belittled or bad. I went in a bit perturbed, thinking I was going to leave a one star review, but left as a happy customer with the way they handled the situation.
