It's quite a twist of fate that my second vehicle was bought from Arlington Toyota. I was seeking a second opinion (I had seen another vehicle which was similar at a nearby dealership) and Mr Lorenzo Martez approached me seeing my apparent interest. I have no regrets. His service was courteous, informative, yet without being pushy. He pulled out all the stops to ensure that I got a good deal to suit my budget. Patient, thorough and professional.
