Horrible car buying experience at this location. I can say in 15 years I’ve owned Toyotas or have purchased with Toyota and never had an issue. I went in to purchase a vehicle and everything was fine until about an hour later and realized you know some things needed to be fixed. The sales manager called I brought up the issues and they said they would take care of it. I have since called multiple times to set up the appointment and nobody wants to take accountability. I would not recommend this place of business to anyone. Edit- I would also like to add that I worked with Tahj Mareus for the car buying process. I have reached out to him multiple times by email and phone.

WORST DEARLERSHIP EVER. Make sure you check the titles of your used car. This dealership lied and is a fraud. Sold a Tesla with structural damaged and now I am stuck with a car that no insurance wants to take. They are liars! Will never do business with them and if they had a 0 rating, I will give it. We all had to call the cops because they did not want to take responsibility and do right by us. Proceed with Caution !!!!!!

Five hours for a battery change. Getting them to replace a lifetime battery is not easy, though they took the money easily when I initially paid more for a lifetime battery. I would not recommend this service department to someone I don’t like.

Joe Duenas was personalable and easy to chat with. Process was smooth. The major concern with the process was the bundling of the “value package” which was told to me as being already installed. It was an additional $1,900 that should not have been part of the fees. I talked them down a little bit it was not made clear that I didn’t need those packaged items. Other than that, it was a long day and process. I love my new Tundra. Just wish I had not had to pay for the additional fees. UPDATE. I reached out directly as stated from the reply to a customer rep saying they’d look into it. Of course, they wouldn’t refund or acknowledge the additional “value package” being unnecessary. It was told me I had to purchase it as it was a “new policy” when I was on site. The manager gave me a discount on the package coming down to $1,200 total but I came to find it out I didn’t need it. I won’t be a future customer after going through this experience. Hidden fees aren’t a way to keep customers. Good hospitality always prevails over small marginal profit.

Follow through is not buyer oriented for used cars. I wanted to test drive a used Rav4, the car had no gas so I was not able to test drive it, when they took me to look at the car, I got inside and I made the seller aware that there was a cockroach in the car. I came back, despite the cockroach on the second day to test drive the car, assuming they would have properly got rid of the cockroaches, and once again, got in the car to test drive and there were more cockroaches. The sales manager (Shane) did not even so much as an apology. Needless to say, I bought a car elsewhere.

Not very satisfied. Started off as a good experience loved the vehicle I test drove. Due to it being a Sunday, financing was a little difficult. At least that is what I was told. I was politely sent home due to the banks not responding, which I understood. They told me they would get back to me with information Monday morning. I never heard back from anyone until 2:00 Monday afternoon, after I had to reach out. Seems like no one wanted to deal with me and they basically just sent me on my way. Wont be going back to say the least.

This is the SECOND time having an awful experience with Arlington Toyota’s Service department. They found my windshield had a leak from A poorly done Safelite replacement. Then they find water damage and mold issues.. ok.. thanks for finding that.. Then they immediately have an American Auto Glass representative call me and set up an appointment to fix it with my insurance. Unbeknownst to me they have a contract with them so of course they get shilled out to fix the windshield.. come to find out if i let AAG work on my car then that would have voided my warranty and taken safelite off the hook for fixing my mold/water damage. Typical dealerships choosing profit over the customer.. So I go and pick up my car with a leak and come to find out it’s been sitting outside in pouring rain! Inside of the car is totally soaked! I walk back inside and bring it up to them and they said oh they don’t have any covered area to put it but they could keep it another day to dry it out… this is day 4 going on 5 of them having my car so no.. I have to get to work somehow. Completely unacceptable and no common sense. This is the second bad review I’ve written about them because the first time they did a poor job on a recall and left stains all over my headliner instead of replacing it like the recall says. I’ll be expecting another $50 gift card in the mail.. maybe make it $100 this time and I’ll still never step foot in there again. It is also impossible to reach anyone over the phone, it takes multiple calls for multiple hours to hear back from your service advisor & I only did because I had to reach out and pretend I was scheduling an appointment so someone would actually pick up the phone. I appreciate the technician that went above and beyond and found the root of the issue.. thank you to that individual. Genuinely extremely frustrated with what has gone on and Arlington Toyota needs to make this right. Who lets a car with a leak sit outside in the rain?! Im sure they have tarps! Horrible customer service, I know Service Advisors that work at various dealerships on Atlantic and they would NEVER let that happen. Yall know how to reach me ✌️

Taylor Allen is a great asset to have on your team. He is a great salesman. He does a great job answering all our questions and very knowledgeable about all vehicles. However, finance service sucks. Jarod lied to us numerous times, then when we called him on it he acts as if we're stupid. Love the 4 runner but we'll take our money elsewhere next time.

The salesman Matthew Sethi neglected to mention that they charged me over 1,800.00 dealers fee when I made my purchase of a used 2012 4Runner and hide it in the invoice. Matthew raved about the”free” key replacement and tint repair that wasn’t “free” and that’s it’s part of the 1,800.00 extra in the purchase price. There isn’t a separate line item for that charge. So the good deal I got wasn’t such a good deal after all. I’m kicking myself because I put so much trust in him only to have the wool pulled over my eyes. So buyers beware and don’t let this happen to you.

I don’t leave bad reviews this is my first as a 40’s something woman. The only reason I’m leaving a 2 and not a 1 star review is because the finance and service department were nice .We went in as mother and daughter to get a vehicle for my teen daughter. I expressed concern over the vehicle being purchased at an auction and not a trade in because usually reputable dealers send vehicles off to auctions when they aren’t great. The sales guy quickly told me “it’s clean and they did a good maintenance update to it and if you don’t like it we have a 60 day return policy you can return it no questions just pay sales tax” later that turned into a trade in not refund policy. I felt pressured and should have listened to my gut intuition. We spotted rust on areas and returned it to the service department to be fixed. The spots were not ground down properly and fixed they were spot treated and painted. We just took the vehicle to a pro for a lift and they could barely do it because it was so rusted. I have never left a dealer feeling so taken advantage of and I have purchased a lot of vehicles. It may be a large showy dealer but their quality is so low. My teen daughter saved half of the money for a truck that she will definitely have to trade in so she isn’t stuck with a completely rusted truck in a few years. The hose clamps are rusted, the undercarriage is full of rust and they charged $6-10k over what they should have for it.

On 5/13/24, I had a maintenance appointment at 4:20 pm at Arlington Toyota. At 4:45 pm, I was still sitting in my car waiting to be checked in. I called the dealership and left a voicemail message for Joe, the service manager. As I left the message, a technician came to my window and stated he had heard how long I had been waiting and that he was off the clock but would check me in. Although the technician who checked me in was polite, I was not impressed with the overall customer service from the service center. At this time, my 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback had 80,953 miles. A multi-point inspection was done, tire rotation was performed, the yellow cabin air filter was replaced, red coolant service was advised, and I approved the change. I declined the brake flush recommendation. But I have yet to receive a call back from Joe.On 8/15/24, my check engine light came on & I received a message about the transmission & to contact a Toyota dealer. Since I was not impressed with the customer service at Arlington Toyota on my last visit, I had my car towed to Keith Pierson Toyota. It was towed in with 84,016 miles. On 8/16/24, I received a text message with the recommendations as follows: Driveability for $199.88, transmission replacement for $8,295.51, millimeter-wave radar for $1,033.19, battery cable end replacement: neg terminal for $62.20, battery replacement for $263.36, brake job - rear (replace pads and rotors) for $476.54, skid plate and all hardware for 761.57, and brake flush for $139.95. Coming to a total of $11, 032.32. I declined all services because I was trying to understand how that was possible since I have taken my car to EVERY scheduled service maintenance, and now it needs a transmission with 84,014 miles on it. When the vehicle was purchased, it had 98 miles. I have been the only owner.On 12/23/24, I had a service maintenance at Coggin Toyota.I was advised to take my car to an auto store and let them put my car on their diagnostic machine, so I would not have to pay a ridiculously high diagnostic fee. I did that. The code came up for the coolant system. We opened the hood, and what do we see? NO coolant in the chamber. I am attaching the pictures. I read the receipt I had just received not even an hour prior, and it stated, “We have checked fluid levels and topped them off if needed.” That same statement is on the receipt from Arlington Toyota in May.My daddy purchased another warranty for up to 100,00 miles when he purchased the vehicle. Mr. E. could see it in the system on 12/23/2024. Why had no one else informed me about this policy? I was told all Toyota dealerships use the same system. If so, why have I not received the same recommendations from dealership to dealership? I will now learn how to check fluid levels and check before signing a receipt and leaving service maintenance at a Toyota dealership. If I return.I am not one to complain or put my business on the street, but I am a fan of right being right and wrong being wrong. What has happened to me makes me think there is a note in the Toyota computer system to sabotage the only vehicle someone purchased for me and take away the sentiment.The engine light is on, and I am trying to figure things out. I am posting the same review on each dealership’s website so that people can understand my story. Let me know if I am wrong. I have been a part of the Toyota family since 1992 and have been satisfied until now. I cannot trust Toyota to service or repair my car.

I had a very concerning experience dealing with Arlington Dealership. There seems to be a significant lack of transparency and professionalism in their upper management. My interactions left me seriously questioning the integrity of their business practices. I would caution anyone considering doing business here to proceed with caution. Specifically, the management’s handling of vehicle rentals and financial transactions raised red flags for me. I hope the dealership addresses these issues to improve their customer service and business ethics.

The customer service at Arlington Toyota has truly exceeded my expectations. My sales specialist, Ms. Lena, was truly a pleasure to work with and was so so kind! The finance manager, Mr. Matt Romano, was so thorough and friendly! Every single person I encountered at Arlington Toyota went truly above and beyond. And when I say above and beyond, I mean it!! This was my first car I was buying for myself. I had outgrown my little volkswagen and was looking for something bigger and more fit for me as a newly minted adult (23 lol). I work a 9-5pm job 2.5 hours away from Tallahassee and the exact car that I wanted was at Arlington Toyota. I immediately made a move, doing inquiries, giving info, all the things needed for looking into a car, whatever. Point is, they were very well aware that I wanted this car BAD. **I will preface the rest of this with the fact that I did NOT know how long it would take to buy a car. I thought I get financed before I go, give my car, sign some papers, pay some money, bing bang boom done leaving with my new car. If I would’ve known how long buying a car takes, I probably would’ve done things a tad differently for everyone’s sake.** It was offered that I could come down that day or keep my Sunday appointment, however they couldn’t guarantee that the car would be there. I told them I get off of work at 5pm, if I left then i would get to the dealership at 8:30pm. Surprisingly, I was met was an enthusiastic “We work until the last customer” and confirmation if I’d like to come that night. OF COURSE i did, i wanted that car. I got to the dealership just as promised, at 8:30PM! Ms. Lena kindly met me at the door, took me through the process seamlessly! As everyone may know, there’s some… tense business that may be associated with buying a car such as discussions revolving finances. Not with my case. Even though it was past closing already by the time the deal was given, everyone involved was extremely kind and willing to work with me, re-run numbers, give explanations, truly walk me through each and every step—all while keeping things light, cracking jokes, laughing even! By the time I was signing papers, it was extremely late like 11Pm+ late. I still feel extremely bad about keeping them there so late, however not one of the staff members said anything negative or rushed me through the process. They treated me with grace and kindness and they really worked with me all the way through. By the time i got the keys, it was probably approaching 12am. I feel incredibly guilty for keeping them so late, now i know just how long a car purchase takes (lol), however the guilt I feel is all of my own. Not one person there MADE me feel guilty at all, which is something rare especially in this situation. I truly truly recommend this dealership to anyone—heck i even drove nearly three hours to shop there and I will definitely be returning if my family has any further car-needs! For anyone wondering what car was so special to cause this: 2020 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid Limited with blue exterior and nutmeg interior. Her name is Stella now and she runs wonderfully!

I went browsing for a specific vehicle and didn’t expect to find it at Arlington as it was an Acura I ultimately wanted. My intention was to see what they had in comparison. To my delight, they had exactly what I wanted with some pleasingly unexpected additions. Jason was very pleasant and comfortable to be around with his calm and sweet demeanor. He turned his computer around for me to browse their inventory with my parameters in mind. He also placed 2 vehicles side by side for me to compare. Me tuvieron tres días para ser un negocio y me engañaron el carro que según ellos me ofrecieron no era el que me pusieron en el contrato . Me engañaron . Un día tenían un precio y al otro cuando ya el negocio se hiba a cerrar pues aumentaron los números , abusaron de mi como personas discapacitada , mujer sola .
